Policies

on purchases

The following policies are on merchandise and services purchased both in-person and online.

There are no refunds on class series, memberships, massages or store purchases. Regular price merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase with receipt and if in good condition (with the exception of yoga mats and personal care items). Monthly unlimited autopay (not currently offered) requires first and last month's payment upfront and a 6 months commitment. To cancel monthly auto renew membership, we require notice to be emailed to info@yogahohm.com two weeks prior to the next billing cycle. Class series expiration time starts on the day of the first class taken. Unlimited class and membership options start at day of payment. No extensions of time given. 10 class packages expire 3 months after the first class in the series. 20 class packages expire 5 months after the first class in the series. Schedule and prices are subject to change without notice; no refunds will be issued due to such changes. Cancellation of massage and private lesson appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $30. No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment. Students can cancel a reservation for a class up to 18 hours before class start time. Late cancels for classes (within 18 hours of class) forfeit the class.

Ethics

Observing the following ethics can help ensure a kind, supportive yoga community that respects one another.

Please bring your own props. Communal props are currently not available. However, we are selling our used props, which have been cleaned and disinfected, for a discounted rate. We have new props for sale as well.

For the safety and security of everyone in class, doors lock at start of class. If you are late, please refrain from knocking on the door (it disturbs the class in session) and allow enough time to arrive on time next time.

Be aware of personal hygiene. Be mindful of unpleasant body odor and offensive breath (garlic and pranayama are a scary combination). Please DO NOT smoke (cigarettes or other) before class. The smell and the carcinogens stick to you and follow you everywhere you go long after you step out of your vehicle, and there are many yoga practitioners who practice yoga to manage conditions of the lungs, sinuses, etc. I
