Nicole Scharpf, LMT
I am a Wisconsin Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Board Certified in Bodywork and Massage (BCTMB). I graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health, Miami, FL in 2011. I currently practice swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage, and I plan to further my training to offer a wider scope of modalities. I provide safe, ethical, and communicative bodywork to all clients.
In my spare time I like to do fabric and textile work, and I enjoy experimenting with cooking for my friends and family. In fact, my husband and I are now the proud owners of Trampers Oak Fired Oven, a local food truck opening in Spring of 2018
I look forward to meeting and working with all of you. Here’s to a healthier 2018!
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

HOT STONE THERAPY
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

90 minutes $115
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

10 pack 60 minute Deep Tissue $730 ($70 savings)

If you're new to massage, you may have some questions.
For your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early. You'll complete a short questionnaire addressing any issues you may have including any recent injuries, medical conditions, sensitivities, and goals for the massage.
Returning clients, please arrive 5 minutes early so that I am able to start your massage on time.
When it is time for your massage, you'll be welcomed into a truly peaceful setting. The lights are dimmed, tranquil music fills the space, and calming therapeutic aromas will greet you.
DRESS: Typically clients disrobe completely, or leave on their undergarments. This allows for the best access to your body's musculature and consequently a more complete and fluid massage. For your comfort and modesty, all but the area of focus will remain covered. Chair Massage is the exception as all chair massages are given fully robed.
Please note there is a $35 charge for cancellations made within 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged the full price of service booked.
