Participants will start their 90-minute healing journey with some breathwork to clear the mind, let go, and begin relaxation.

You will be invited you to lay down or sit on a yoga mat or chair with a pillow, blankets, bolsters and anything else you would like to bring that is necessary for comfort. Then simply lie back and relax. There is nowhere to go and nothing to do. Just be, taking in the sounds and the vibrations of various beautiful, harmonic sound healing instruments. Metal singing bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, ocean drums, koshi chimes and a Chau gong will lead you on an inward journey to your own personal healing session.

Session will close with a gentle lead-out of breathing and awareness of self.

Please note: the acoustics at Yoga Hohm really amplify sounds. If you are sensitive to sound, consider bringing ear plugs to lessen the power (I do!)
